My first Christmas!

Well I must have been a very good boy this year because Santa was very good to me! I receive way too many gifts, mom had to put some away for the summer. I had fun on all my riding toys and used my new bath toys tonight to scare Buster. I have also learned how to get up to standing without holding on to something and i started whole milk which i love.

tooth #3

Tooth #3 arrived today! It has been a bump under my gums for a while now and it finally broke through! I will be looking pretty silly with one fang on top, mom will get a picture as soon as it pops through a little more.

Here are a few new pictures. I have been busy destroying the house. I love going in the kitchen and emptying all the drawers and cupboards. I'm still eating good, sleeping great and growing like a weed!

What's new.........

I am still a walking machine. I have mastered picking up toys while standing and continuing on. I also love giving everything kisses, especially Buster and Wylee. I have a cold right now and am starting to get pretty picky when it comes to meals. Mom thinks I'll be getting another tooth soon(upper right lateral to be exact) so i might look a little funny until my centrals come in. I am getting into everything, Mom and Dad have a hard time keeping me out of the kitchen cupboards. I pinched my fingers pretty good tonight and i stayed away from the kitchen the rest of the night. I have a busy week with everyone wanting to see me over Thanksgiving weekend so I'm sure we will have tons of pictures to share, here are a few from this week.

I'm getting so good at walking around. I also have been using just my sippy for the past few days! I am such a big boy now, mom can't believe how fast I'm growing. I started to wave a little and I'm making a effort to clap.

Here is my daddy trying so hard to get the Christmas lights to turn on. He worked all day putting them up and 2 days later they still don't work. Oh well, maybe next year!

I am still trying to walk all over the place. I'm getting really good at walking across the room and of course walking to Buster and Wylee. I am also doing a lot better with my sippy cup, I actually finish a whole cup of formula, mommy is really proud!

Halloween was so much fun. I made the rounds with Grandma and Mommy. I stopped by to see Busia and Grandpa J, then went to Great Grandma and Grandpa Newberg's (where i saw a pretty peacock-Anna) then we visited all the neighbors. Mommy will post more pictures soon these are the only ones on her camera, enjoy!

I'm getting so big!

Today I was actually taking a step, not holding on, to get to a new spot. I have also started standing on my own for long periods of time. I love crawling around the house after bath time in just my towel. It won't be long before I take off running.

This weekend I also got to see my cousin Anna. We were to busy with the toys to look up at the camera. Grandpa let me climb the stairs, Mom and Aunt Erica were right behind me making sure I wouldn't fall.

Mommy, Daddy and I went to see Aunt Erica and Aunt Jessica run the Chicago Marathon. They both finished and did great! I loved riding around and seeing all the people. I also got to play with my cousin Mia and her new puppy Lucy. I was exhasted by the time we left and had a great nap on the way home.
